Experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled are the attributes describing our professional staff. Dr. Noreika founded Excellence in 2006 after a distinguished career as a nationally recognized small-incision cataract and laser surgeon, writer, and speaker. Now retired, he introduced many “firsts” to northeast Ohio. Dr. Esposito brings his credentials and research from Cleveland’s University Hospital Department of Ophthalmology and the Cole Eye Institute of the Cleveland Clinic to patients of Medina County. His training and academic affiliations allow Excellence to provide advanced treatment options unique to the area. Dr. Wiseman, a regional leader among optometrists, has been with the practice since its inception and is known for her patience and kindness as much as her skill providing optometric care for all age groups.
